Is there a fix for this or am I just kind of screwed since I have crap internet. I've turned my router off for a good 5 minutes, let it reboot, and then plug my Ethernet back in and it improved it for about a day (3Mbps) but it went back down to the crappy speed (1.5Mbps). I'm not and no one else is using my internet while I'm trying to download. I don't run AV software because I sort of know what I'm doing, I've turned off my Firewall as well, I have decided to try and use the P2P distribution that is defaulted on Windows 10 to see if that helps but it doesn't seem like it's working. Is there anyway to get the Windows Store to utilize ALL of my, very crappy, download speed? It's like it's being capped, but I'm not capping it. 5GB/hour which bumps my download from 75ish hours to 150+. I normally download from Steam//Origin/Firefox at 3Mbps which is stupid slow but it's about 1gb/hour which I can live with but right now it's roughly. According to my task manager > performance > Ethernet info I'm receiving 300Kbps to 1.5Mbps. So I bought Gears of War 4, downloading it on the "meh" platform called the Windows Store.
